#ReclaimSunday + Spiritual Communion

Dear SCR families,

We can still make Sunday the Lord’s day! We have an opportunity now to reclaim Sunday as a day of worship and a true family day!

#ReclaimSunday Goals!

1.  Gather as a family for live stream Mass (Facebook Live: St. Clement of Rome Church and Parish)
English - 11:00 AM
Español - 3:00 PM

2. Share a family meal and talk about the Readings, homily, and family life. 

3. Play games, take a walk, or do a fun family activity. 

4. Pray as a family.

Prayer of Spiritual Communion
When we are unable to receive the Eucharist, we can make an act of Spiritual Communion, asking Jesus to unite us to Himself spiritually, even though we cannot receive Him Sacramentally.

Recite the following prayer:

My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the most Blessed Sacrament. I love You above all things and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot now receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there, and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.
